This is a theory about when I think Jasper will return to the show.
Theory[]
Jasper, the well known antagonist of Steven Universe hasn't appeared for quite some time and the fans are wondering: "When will Jasper come back?". I've made a theory about when I think Jasper will return.
Evidence[]
- Rebecca Sugar stated in an interview last year that Bismuth and Jasper will be returning to the show at some point in the future, and in July 2018, Bismuth returned and Jasper will likely return soon.
- A few months ago, Kimberly Brooks (Jasper's voice actress) paid a visit to Cartoon Network studios during a recording of Steven Universe. I'm not exactly sure what she was doing there but there is a possibility that she was recording lines for Jasper or another character.
- Kimberly Brooks is quoted as saying at LA comic con that she is waiting for Rebecca to call her in to the studio to do Jasper's redemption.
- A sketch from the movie depicting Jasper was recently revealed.
- Jasper will get healed since Steven, Connie, the Gems, and Blue and Yellow Diamond went to Homeworld in "Legs From Here to Homeworld" to get White Diamond's help of fully healing the Corrupted Gems.
Conclusion[]
Though not confirmed but still entirely possible, I think that Jasper will return in either Season 6 or Season 7. I can't say when or how exactly, but I'm sure that she will return to our screens soon.
Jasper's Return[]
The final episode of Steven Universe Season 5, Change Your Mind, revealed many things and wrapped up some loose ends. One loose end was that Jasper finally returned, (though it was a nonspeaking role) was healed, and got a new outfit.
